Data processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Hosting and Server Logs
This website is hosted by Kreativmedia (Switzerland). When you visit this website, the server automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is required for the secure operation of the website (legitimate interest) and is deleted after 30 days. It is not combined with any other data.
3. No General Data Collection
This website is for informational purposes. There is no comment function, no user registration, and no upload facility. I do not collect personal data from visitors unless you actively provide it to me (see sections 4 and 5).
4. Contact Form
If you contact me via the contact form, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, message) is used exclusively to process your enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted once it is no longer required for our correspondence.
5. Surveys and Newsletter
From time to time I may run surveys in which you can voluntarily provide your e-mail address. I use it — only with your explicit consent — to send a newsletter or to inform you about my own projects. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time (via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or informally by e-mail); your address will then be deleted.
6. Cookies and Consent
This website uses only a small number of cookies, most of which are technically necessary. On your first visit, a consent banner (Complianz) asks for your permission before any non-essential cookies are set. 7. Web Analytics (Burst Statistics)
I use Burst Statistics to measure website traffic. The analysis works without tracking cookies, IP addresses are anonymized, and all data is stored locally on this website’s server — no data is transferred to third parties or abroad. It is not possible to identify individual visitors.
8. Embedded Third-Party Content
Individual pages may embed content from third-party providers (e.g. SoundCloud audio, YouTube videos, maps). Such content is only loaded after you have given your consent (two-click solution via Complianz). Once loaded, the third-party provider may set cookies and collect data (e.g. your IP address) in the same way as if you had visited their website directly. The privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
9. Data Security
All data is transmitted in encrypted form (TLS/SSL, “https”). Access to the website administration is protected by two-factor authentication.
10. Your Rights
